Tournament Registration

To register as a Player or Team for the Hockey Fights Cancer hockey tournament, follow these easy steps:

1. Download the registration form by clicking here.
2. Tournament cost $750.00.  A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.
3. Download the pledge form by clicking here and use for recording pledges for your team. Alternatively, this year we are making it even easier to collect donations online. Click here to setup a team page or to make a donation.
4. Fill out the registration form.
5. Write cheque for the tournament made out to Hockey Fights Cancer Hockey Tournament.
